This page applies to the whole of kapbotics-spot.org, including every project hosted under it. It is written in plain language on purpose. Individual projects may add their own notes; those are listed at the bottom and only ever add detail — they never override what follows.

The short version
This site does not ask who you are. There are no accounts, no logins, no tracking cookies, no advertising and no analytics. Nothing you do here is linked to you as a person. The only data intentionally stored is anonymous quiz results, and only if you actively choose to save them.
1. Who is behind this site
kapbotics-spot.org is an independent, non-commercial, personal project run by theKapbotics. It exists for educational purposes. It sells nothing, and it has no commercial relationship with any organisation mentioned on it.
2. What is collected when you simply browse
Nothing, on my side. Reading the pages, watching a video or opening a document does not create any record that I collect, keep or look at. I set no cookies of my own and run no analytics or visitor-tracking of any kind.
3. What is collected when you use a project
Some projects can store information — but only anonymous information, and only when you deliberately trigger it (for example by pressing a “Save results” button). Where that applies, it is described in the project-specific notes in section 8.
In all cases the principle is the same: no name, no e-mail address, no account, no identifier that points back to you. Saved records cannot be traced to an individual — not even by me.
4. Free-text boxes
Where a project offers a feedback or comment box, whatever you type is stored exactly as written. Because I cannot know in advance what someone will type, please do not enter personal information — no names, e-mail addresses, employer details or anything else identifying you or a third party. Feedback is read only to improve the content.
5. Hosting, and what the platform may process
This is the part I cannot control, so it is stated openly. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host or content-delivery network, Cloudflare automatically processes certain technical data in order to deliver pages and protect the site against attack and abuse. That can include:
- your IP address and approximate region;
- your browser type and device information;
- the pages requested, with timestamps;
- security and traffic logs, and strictly necessary security cookies.
This processing happens at the infrastructure level, under Cloudflare’s own privacy policy. I do not request it, do not use it, do not analyse it and do not combine it with anything else. If a project embeds a video player from a third party (for example YouTube or Vimeo), that provider will likewise apply its own privacy terms when the player loads.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights of access, correction and deletion over personal data concerning you. Because the data I store is anonymous by design and holds no identifier, I have no way to find, link or return “your” records — there is nothing to look up. That is a deliberate choice: the surest way to protect personal data is not to collect it. For anything processed by the host at infrastructure level, please refer to Cloudflare’s policy linked above.
7. Content, accuracy and liability
All content is provided for educational purposes, “as is” and without warranty of any kind. It reflects my own understanding and may contain errors or simplifications; it is not professional, legal or engineering advice, and it is not a certification, qualification or official assessment of any kind.
Names such as INCOSE, SEBoK / BKCASE, ISO/IEC/IEEE, NASA and ESA are used purely to identify and reference publicly known standards and bodies of knowledge. This site is inspired by, but not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of them, and all trademarks and names remain the property of their respective owners. External links are provided for convenience; I am not responsible for the content of external sites.

8. Project-specific notes
SE-TYK — Test Your Knowledge (full quiz and speed-quiz)
The quiz runs entirely in your browser. The speed-quiz stores nothing at all. In the full quiz, if — and only if — you press “Save results (anonymous)”, one record is added containing:
- a sequential run number and the date and time of completion;
- your score, and which question numbers were answered correctly or incorrectly;
- the language you used (English or German);
- any free-text feedback you chose to write.
That record contains nothing else. It is used only in aggregate, to find which questions are unclear or too difficult and to improve the question bank. You can take the quiz from beginning to end without saving anything, and consent is requested before you start.
9. Changes and contact
